This season, we’re excited to share opportunities to hear our singers in solo contexts, with our new Cleveland Chamber Choir Camerata Series. Our first performance is Tuesday, September 23!

In Four Voices 🎵
We present a specially curated concert featuring unaccompanied music for four voices. The selections include William Byrd’s Mass for Four Voices, English madrigals, and pieces composed or arranged by Cleveland-area composer Dr. Judith Eckelmeyer.

With Lauren Vanden Broeck, soprano; Kira McGirr, contralto; Peter Wright, tenor; and Dominic Aragon, baritone.

Madness & Melancholy 🔥
When the passions of our subconscious pour out into daily life, the results are dramatic indeed.

In Madness & Melancholy, we present a program of baroque music that promises to arouse the spirits of even the most lethargic of souls. The selections include excerpts from Henry Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas, mad songs by John Eccles and John Blow, Italian laments and more.

With Dominic Aragon, baritone; Abigail Hakel-Garcia, soprano and violin; Adrian Murillo, theorbo; Kira McGirr, contralto; and Gregory Ristow, harpsichord.
