FOR ALL THE QUEENS

Members of Cleveland Chamber Choir presented For All the Queens, an exclusive performance for the North American British Music Studies Association Conference. An octet of singers, directed by Artistic Director Gregory Ristow, celebrated the reigning queens of England with pieces from Henry Purcell’s Music for the Funeral of Queen Mary to Britten’s “Choral Dances” from Gloriana to Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody.
Presented in conjunction with the 2024 Biennial Conference of the North American British Music Studies Association, and with financial support from the Community Foundation of Lorain County.
