Joel Kincannon

BARITONE

Joel Kincannon, baritone, holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Georgia. Following graduation, Joel lived and performed in Chicago, New York, and Atlanta – highlights include performances with the Chicago Symphony and Ravinia Festival Choruses, Bach Week Festival Chorus, and Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Chorus. Since returning to his hometown of Cleveland, Joel has been fortunate to perform with the Cleveland Orchestra Chorus, Opus Eight, Cleveland Opera Theater, Cleveland Consort of Voices, Sestina Cleveland, Apollo’s Fire, New Winter, and Cleveland Chamber Choir. He also sings as a soloist and choir member at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Cleveland Heights, and during High Holy Days at Suburban Temple Kol Ami.

Fun Fact

During his time in Chicago, Joel appeared on two episodes of The Oprah Winfrey Show as an “extra” – in one of these episodes he was in an elf costume as part of a surprise “Oprah’s Favorite Things” gift giveaway for an audience of school teachers.
