Anna O’Connell
SOPRANO
“Beautifully sung” and “masterfully played” (Cleveland Classical) are just some of the accolades soprano and harpist Anna O’Connell has received performing in Cleveland, Ohio. A frequent performer with Apollo’s Fire Baroque Orchestra and the Cleveland Chamber Choir, Anna has also performed with ensembles such as Baroque Music Montana, Bourbon Baroque, and internationally with the Hong Kong Early Music society. In 2022, she received EMA Thornton Memorial Scholarship to research medieval music in Italy and England. She received her doctorate of musical arts for Historical Performance Practice at Case Western Reserve University in the spring of 2023.
